Zach was very helpful, informative, and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of my questions. Even after the purchase, my calls were answered and dealt with in a timely manner. Steve was also very helpful on the day of delivery when I realized I needed a four prong plug instead of a three. So professional and helpful with prompt return calls and offering positive solutions a possible issue, which was not an issue. Delivery service was superb. Always the best place for the best service. Thank you for continued great customer service.

We needed a dishwasher. We researched what we thought we wanted, and went shopping. The big box stores had plenty to choose from, but the sales people weren’t very knowledgeable, and there was some uncertainty and confusion about delivery, installation, and hauling away the old., Then we went to Charlie Wilson appliances and TV. Jim Branham was our sales person, and he was AMAZING!! Knowledgeable, patient, and very low pressure. He showed us a less costly alternative to what we had researched, and we couldn’t be happier with the model Jim steered us to. Delivery was quick and efficient, and was all arranged by Jim. We were so impressed that we also got a washer/dryer while we were there. We realize how tempting it might be to simply go to a big box store, but the service, price, and expertise you’ll find at Charlie Wilson’s is WELL WORTH a visit!

Kyle was so helpful and friendly when I came in to purchase a new refrigerator! He made sure I knew what to expect when it came to delivery, informed me about setup and features of the appliance itself, and made sure I got a rebate form. As a small business owner myself, I prefer to support local, family owned businesses like Charlie Wilson’s!

**Don't buy from here** We bought a laundry center from them. As a matter of course, they gave us a discount because it was a little scuffed up. Unfortunately, we don't know whether it runs well or not, because the installers didn't complete the installation, and we can't use the appliance. The installers said that we had to contact our landlord to finish the installation, which is, frankly, insane. Predictably, our landlord says the installers are wrong and that they are responsible for completing the installation. Charlie Wilson's won't help us and our landlord won't us, so we're left unable to use the laundry center we just bought, and we're forced to go to a laundromat. We can't even put things in our laundry room because the installers left the partially-installed laundry center right in the middle of the room. Don't buy from Charlie Wilson's.

Friendly, so knowledgeable! I can’t remember the name of the person who assisted us, but he was awesome! It was actually the best experience I have had buying appliances. And the prices were comparable to the big box stores! I will never go anywhere else from now on!
